How it works

Your card is charged when you order; if either threshold is not reached, you are refunded automatically within 5 working days and notified by e-mail. If the supplier can no longer deliver this wine, we offer you an equivalent wine, which you may accept or not: otherwise, you are refunded. 14-day right of withdrawal after receipt.
