Delivery, lead times and returns

Where do we deliver?

In metropolitan France (including Corsica) only: the delivery address is checked at the payment step. We do not deliver to overseas territories or abroad, and we do not offer any shipping outside France. Parcels are prepared and sent from Lorraine, by Colissimo, delivered against signature: the parcel is handed to an adult, who signs on receipt.

How much does delivery cost?

Costs are counted per started carton. A carton holds six 75 cl bottles, i.e. 450 cl: a magnum (150 cl) counts as two bottles, a half-bottle as half a bottle. Each carton costs €14.90 incl. VAT. Once the wine total reaches €300.00 incl. VAT, delivery is free, whatever the number of cartons.

When does the parcel leave?

• Bottles in stock (the few bottles of a group order that stay in stock): dispatch within 3 working days after payment.
• The Selection, in group pre-order: if the order is placed (at least 36 bottles per wine and 300 bottles in total when the three-month campaign closes), dispatch takes place 15 working days after the close at the latest. The exact, firm date is on the wine page and in the cart. Otherwise, automatic refund.
• An order that mixes the two is dispatched in one go, at the longer lead time.

Colissimo’s transit time is added (usually two to four working days; the latest delivery date is on the wine page and in the cart). Unless agreed otherwise, delivery takes place within 30 days of the order at the latest.

Breakage and returns

Bottles travel in cartons with dividers or moulded cardboard wedges, without polystyrene. Check the parcel on receipt. A broken or missing bottle should be reported through the contact form, with a photo: it is replaced or refunded. You have 14 days after receipt to withdraw (intact, unopened bottles, return costs at your expense): see the terms and conditions of sale.

Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health. Drink in moderation.
